Denon DN-C635 (CD)

I have just completed an AMX include file to control the Denon DN-C635. I implemented the standard 7 button transport control. I used the AMX system calls for cd as a model of how to implement the transports.
I was in the field to test this code and was able to implement buffer parsing. The manual was confusing regarding responses back, but having the unit helped understand the manual.
