Denon DN-780R (Cass)

I have just completed an AMX include file to control the Denon DN-780R. I implemented the standard 5 button transport control for both decks A and B. I used the AMX system calls for cassette as a model of how to implement the transports.
I didn’t have the unit in-house, so the buffer parsing is incomplete (though I did implement polling). The manual is confusing on responses and I’ve found with other Denon products that it is better to NOT guess.
