Panel Tweet - Here it is

A month ago, I teased about our very first product, Panel Tweet. Today I’m happy to announce it’s arrival. You can find it here on our new products page.
What is Panel Tweet? It is a twitter client built for AMX NetLinx. It allows an end-user to post messages to their twitter account from an AMX G4 touch panel. It also allows end-users to read messages posted to their twitter account from friends and followers.
What’s twitter? According to Twitter’s website: “Twitter is a service for friends, family, and co–workers to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question: What are you doing?”
What can it do for my AMX system? You can use it to send SMS text messages to/from an AMX G4 touch panel to any SMS device, such as a cell phone. You could implement it as an inexpensive help-desk application. You could use it to track source usage, display lamp times, post error conditions, etc.
What do I need? You’ll need a twitter account (it’s free), the netlinx code (it’s free too), the AMX NetLinx master must have access to the internet and DNS entries assigned, and finally the gui will run on any AMX G4 touch panel with dynamic image support.
Can I take it for a spin? Of course you can. I’ve created an animated slideshow using screen captures taken directly from the G4 touch panel pages. You can find this slideshow here on the product page.
How do I get it? You’ll need to fill out an order form. You can find that here on the product page. Don’t worry, it’s free. I’m using the order form to gather some basic information and throw up the EULA for your review and acceptance.
