Polycom Eagle Eye

I have just written AMX Netlinx code to control a Polycom Eagle Eye camera. I believe this camera is actually a JVC MPTZ EagleEye HD.
The customer wanted to integrate 3 cameras with a Polycom HDX9001 codec, and the codec only supports control of 2 cameras. So the codec controlled the first 2 cameras, and AMX controlled the 3rd camera via RS-232.
There was no protocol document available for this camera, so a friend had to load a Crestron system and monitor the strings.
It worked very well, though polling made it operate sluggish. When I removed the polling, then the pan/tilt/zoom functions operated very smoothly.
