What if you could improve communication and response time between AMX system users and in-house support? Our new Help Desk client combines the powerful new media tool Twitter with NetLinx control systems, giving presenters a quick and easy way to request help directly from up to 5 AMX G4 touch panels. When help is needed, the user simply “tweets” a message to an on-site technician who receives the notification on their mobile phone and can respond quickly with the necessary support.
