The Process
Once you engage Reynoldson Control for a project, our process follows a typical workflow and timeline. Some projects may require additional steps based on scope, but most project lifecycles are as follows:
Customer sends Reynoldson Control (ReyCo) basic project information, including equipment list (drawings and scope of work if it is available), project due date and GUI template choice.
Reynoldson Control collaborates with customer to finalize proposal and provide a quote.
Customer issues purchase order (and possibly a down-payment based on size of the project).
Collaborative design process commences, including:
- A/V discovery and documentation (equipment capabilities, A/V design review)
- GUI design and customer review
- Code development
- Thorough in-house testing
Project is delivered with 90-day warranty. (Extended warranties are available.)
Phone support is provided (onsite commissioning if purchased).
We pledge a commitment to excellence and 24/7 customer support availability.
